Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install conversation-handoff-document

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent summarises the current conversation into a document saved in the OS temporary folder, outside the workspace. It points to existing PRDs, plans, commits and other artefacts instead of copying them, and redacts sensitive information. You get a handoff note with a section of suggested skills.
