Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install conversation-handoff-document-3

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent condenses the conversation into a document saved outside the working folder, and prints its path. It adds a section of suggested skills and masks sensitive information. Content already captured in PRDs, plans, ADRs or commits is only referenced.
