Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install conversation-skill-gap-scout

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent goes through the current conversation, or a saved past session, and spots signals: repeated manual procedures, a skill that performed poorly, repeated corrections, multi-step research. It writes a markdown report, then hands off to skill creation or edits the affected SKILL.md directly.
