Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install conversation-to-spec-publisher

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This skill takes the conversation's context and the code's state to produce a structured spec: problem, solution, user stories, implementation decisions, testing and out of scope. It asks no questions and publishes the result to the project's issue tracker. You get a spec ready to review.
