Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install conversation-to-spec-synthesis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent does not interview you: it synthesizes what it already knows from the conversation and the code into a self-contained spec, covering the problem, solution, user stories, implementation and testing decisions, out-of-scope items and notes. The spec is published to the project tracker and must be replayable by any implementer.
