Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install convert-gsd2-project-to-v1

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent locates the .gsd/ folder, maps the milestone, slice and task hierarchy onto GSD v1 milestones, phases and plans, and keeps the completion state, research and summaries. You get a usable .planning/ folder for GSD v1.
