Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install copilot-history-personalization

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent drives the local vardoger CLI, which reads your Copilot CLI sessions in batches. It summarizes each batch to find your habits and conventions, then writes a personalization block between markers in Copilot's instruction file. Everything stays on your machine with no network calls, and hand-written rules are preserved.
