Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cross-agent-task-delegation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent detects the available tools, then routes tasks: automatic Codex review after tests, delegation to Kimi by a complexity score computed from changed files and sensitive keywords. It also lists the cases where delegation should not happen. You get an explained split of work.
