Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cross-repo-migration-swarm

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent coordinates several subagents, one per target repository, which apply the same transformation in an isolated worktree, verify the result, open a PR and wait for CI. A shared JSON ledger tracks progress, and the migration stops at the first unknown failure. For a single repository, this is not the right tool.
