Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install custom-chat-stream-endpoint

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds a streamed response with assistant-stream tools, chooses between the data stream and assistant transport protocols, then decodes the response on the client. It can add resumable streams backed by memory or Redis. You get a streaming endpoint that works with the chat.
