Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install customer-needs-ladderWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent starts from the level your product satisfies, phrased in the customer's words, then walks down toward the steps the product makes obsolete and up toward what the customer really wants. It records the ladder in NEEDS-STACK.md with each level's positioning role. You get a clear map of your real alternatives and the promises you can make.
