Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install daily-site-report-pdf

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent aggregates field data, headcounts, weather, progress and photos of the day, writes the narrative part and produces a daily report in PDF. You get a document ready to distribute, with possible connections to Google Sheets, a timesheet tool or a weather API.
