Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install data-catalog-subscription-access

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent treats access as a subscription to a published listing: request, recorded decision, sharing with a project, revocation, then a check that the grant was actually removed. It also handles bulk revocations. You get a decision history.
