Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install database-schema-migration-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent maps the framework, configuration and schema, then looks for dangerous migrations: ADD COLUMN NOT NULL without DEFAULT, DROP TABLE on user data and DROP COLUMN. You get a report of data-loss or failing-migration risks, ranked by severity.
