Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install dcat-catalog-harvesting

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent picks one or more DCAT profiles, maps each dataset's metadata to them, then generates static feeds in JSON-LD, Turtle and RDF/XML at build time, with autodiscovery and per-profile conformance checks. You get feeds that data.europa.eu or data.gov can harvest.
