Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install deal-quality-scoring

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent weights signals (discovery notes, executive sponsor, mutual plan, recent activity, budget proof) per segment, then sorts deals into healthy, watch and critical. You get score bands and alerts when key hygiene steps such as MEDDIC or next steps are missing.
