Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install decide-roll-out-feature-flag

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks whether a flag is justified, since most work does not need one. If it does, the agent declares the flag off in the registry, makes it safe to switch off and plans the rollout. You get the steps to enable, kill or retire it.
