Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install decision-cooldown-lock

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The /c-level-agents:freeze command locks a decision for a chosen period to prevent an impulsive reversal. During that time the decision is only reopened if a kill criterion triggers.
