Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install decision-post-mortem

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The /c-level-agents:post-mortem command reviews a decision at its 90-day checkpoint or when a kill criterion triggers. It scores results against the criteria written before the decision and revisits the original objections.
