Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install delay-cause-classification

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent classifies each delay by cause (owner change, design error, weather, differing conditions, contractor issue) and by type (excusable or not, compensable or not, concurrent), then calculates its impact in days. You get a delay table with its attribution.
