Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install delegation-lanes-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent discovers the installed CLIs, proposes a set of lanes (for example feature work or fixes), then writes global or project configuration only after your explicit approval. It dispatches no coding work. You get an approved lane map.
