In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install dependency-health-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent audits a project's dependencies: outdated packages, duplicates, heavy or problematic libraries, vulnerabilities and risky version combinations. It produces a prioritized report with an upgrade path and pinning recommendations. You get a safe update roadmap.
