Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install depot-ci-github-actions-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent helps install the Depot Code Access GitHub App, run depot ci migrate, import secrets and variables, then run and debug workflows with depot ci run, status, logs or diagnose. You get migrated workflows and commands ready to run.
