Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install deprecation-and-migration-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent prepares the replacement, announces the deprecation, supports users through the migration and decides when to remove the old code. It also handles production schema changes, such as renaming a column without downtime. You get a staged removal plan.
