Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install design-change-adr-impact

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the changed GDD, summarises the change and identifies the affected ADRs before analysing their impact. It writes a report separating unaffected ADRs from those needing review. You get the list of ADRs to revisit, with the detail of each impact.
