First time: connect the CLI with

No. A screenshot or a detailed description is enough; the Figma link only helps if your agent has a Figma connector.
What are the "~~tool" mentions?
They are optional connectors (design tool, user feedback). The skill works without them. It also points to a CONNECTORS.md file that is not shipped, which does not affect its work.
