Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install design-spec-from-decisions

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent opens a dialogue on your need, raises the open questions and records each decision in a ledger. It scales the depth to the job: a quick mini-spec, a lighter pass or the full flow. You get a validated specification ready to be implemented.
