Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install design-sprint-prototype-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent prepares the Thursday morning plan: roles (maker, stitcher, writer, asset collector, interviewer), prototype brief, time split per role, five-act interview script, trial-run checklist and participant confirmation. It does not build the prototype itself.
