Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install design-thinking-coaching-foundation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads this foundation at the start of a session to keep a consistent stance, respect the quality constraints and sequence the methods. It also picks up the session state after an interruption and can follow a canonical deck workflow. You get coaching that stays steady from one stage to the next.
