Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install desktop-app-workspace-scope

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent works from the desktop app folder, which has its own pnpm workspace, Biome config and Node 22, and does not use the monorepo toolchain. It touches paths outside the tree only when they are on the allowed list, such as the Django API. You get changes kept inside that scope and checked with the right tools.
