Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install detect-uncloned-owner-repos

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a script that lists repositories where the owner has issues, PRs or reviews but no local copy. For each one it opens a confirmation issue before any clone, then updates the exclusions. You get a list of repositories to clone, approved by the owner.
