In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install dev-handoff-manifestWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent goes through the planning folder, keeps the stories at ready-for-dev status, computes the wave order and writes a tool-agnostic JSON manifest. You get a file the dev tool can read directly.
