Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install devtools-pricing-architecture

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent chooses the value metric (seats, consumption, capacity, outcome or a hybrid), sets the free-tier limit and tiers up to enterprise, places prices between a margin floor and the cost of self-hosting, then plans a predictable bill and a price change plan. You get a pricing memo.
