Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install diagnose-ci-failures-github

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts with the ci:insights digest for broad questions, then finds the failing run, reads the CI report and classifies the failure. When useful, it reproduces the smallest case locally. You get a report on the cause, with no irreversible public action taken.
