Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install diagnose-performance-moves

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Internal analyze-performance step: the agent tests the signatures of a tracking break (ratio jumps, days with spend and no conversions, ROAS spikes), proposes a fix for each, then explains each large quantified move with its confidence, evidence and ruled-out causes. Run analyze-performance rather than this step alone.
