Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install docs-findability-cold-read-test

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent collects three to eight reader questions, then spawns one fresh, low-cost Haiku verifier per question, in parallel, which reads only the docs. It scores each answer, measures how quickly the reader gets there, whether they hit dead ends or fall back to source code, then fixes the gaps and measures again.
