Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install dotnet-ai-extensions-mcp

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent wires a chat and embeddings client through Microsoft.Extensions.AI, and adds function calling and vector search. It also covers Semantic Kernel and building MCP servers or clients in .NET. You get an AI integration that is independent of the provider.
