Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install drawio-desktop-integration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent detects the operating system, finds the draw.io executable, then exports the diagram as SVG, PNG or PDF, with embedded XML so it stays editable. You get a smooth round trip between AI generation and manual refinement.
