In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install durable-work-handoff-queueWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent creates a queue item with an owner, its own fields and body, instead of leaving work hanging in chat. It applies the handoff rule: an active turn ends by passing the work on, and it decides when a nudge is unnecessary.
