Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install dynatrace-observability-cli

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the dtctl CLI to check error rates, latency spikes, service health, open problems and recurring log patterns. It writes DQL queries, creates dashboards and notebooks, and applies configuration. You get commands and a step-by-step analysis.
