Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install e2e-failure-triage-fix

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent puts each failure in one of three categories: flaky, outdated or bug. It fixes tests and selectors, and changes source code only when a spec confirms the expected behaviour. It then reruns the tests and writes a summary.
