Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ec2-instance-profile-iam-role

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent works out the required permissions, creates or reuses a least-privilege role, creates the instance profile and attaches it to the instance, then checks that credentials are available. It also handles access-denied errors and applications still using hardcoded keys.
