In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install email-ingestion-rag-threadsWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent reads EML and MSG files or the Gmail and Microsoft Graph APIs, rebuilds threads from headers, handles attachments and removes signatures and quoted text. You get deduplicated email documents with sender, date and subject.
