In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install email-labels-folders-cleanup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reviews your current folder and label structure, finds emails that need a label and removes incorrect ones. It also moves misfiled mail and checks the result. You end up with a readable inbox.
