Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install email-triage-pipeline

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent retrieves new emails, classifies them with AI, records actions in the CRM and tasks, prepares draft replies and sends a summary on Telegram. It can also run as a simulation without writing anything. You get regular triage and drafts ready to review.
