Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install end-to-end-migration-evaluation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs four phases in sequence: file mapping, quality scores, style scores, then a summary report. It recalls the prerequisites, including Python 3.13 with uv and a language model key. You get a complete evaluation with recommendations.
