Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install epic-bead-graph-navigation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent observes the task graph, picks the next ready wave and updates the graph against the frozen acceptance. It does not judge or close tasks: it only records its choice. You learn what comes next and whether an epic is really done.
