Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install erasure-coding-parity-rebuild

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks hardware capabilities with the doca_ec_cap_* queries, then helps you choose between the create, recover and update tasks. You get a method to size the doca_ec context and confirm that an N+K layout is still recoverable.
