Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install etherpad-collaborative-pad-api

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the etherpad-pp-cli tool to call the Etherpad API, manage its pads and read their content from a terminal. It uses a stable output format for agents. You get API responses in a form a script can use.
