Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install eu-incident-reporting-deadlines

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

The agent screens an incident against NIS2, GDPR, DORA and the Cyber Resilience Act, determines which duties apply to each entity, identifies the receiving authority in each member state and builds a deadline table. Each duty is cited from official text. It does not draft the notifications and requires the Ansvar Gateway MCP connector.
